PERFORMANCE
MARKETING
IS PERSONAL
I have spent twelve years doing one thing: turning media investment into real business growth. Not just conversions on a dashboard, but revenue, market share, and outcomes that actually move companies forward.
My career started at a gaming company in Mumbai, where I watched social media explode in real time and decided I wanted to be at the centre of it. That curiosity took me through iProspect, GroupM, Omnicom, and Publicis across India, Malaysia, and Singapore — each chapter adding a new market, a new scale, and a new dimension to how I think about performance.
At Starcom Worldwide, I led Samsung Singapore’s full performance mandate and went on to oversee Kenvue across 12 APAC markets as Global Operations Lead, acting as the primary regional bridge to global teams in the UK and US. Along the way I built teams, won industry awards, spoke at Google-organised sessions, and made friendships that have lasted well beyond the job title.
I believe the best performance marketing is equal parts data and craft. The numbers tell you what is happening. Understanding people tells you why. Get both right and the results follow.
Six companies. Three countries. Twelve years. The campaigns mattered — but the people are what I carry with me.
ONE ERA.
Both Google engagements happened during the First Page Digital chapter. A Google Fireside Chat presenting the Senoko Energy full-funnel case study with measurable results, and a Google Agile Marketing Session on digital growth strategy. Two separate invitations from Google to share frameworks and thinking with senior marketers across Singapore and APAC.
